Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for automotive repair tasks.
- Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair status.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle components as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably within a dealership setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various vehicle makes and models.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, ensuring positive interactions with clients.
