Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team, this role is vital in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. If you enjoy a dynamic environment and have a passion for organization, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial record keeping using QuickBooks.
- Performing inventory data entry and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Assisting with operational, administrative, and office coordination tasks.
- Organizing invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and business records.
- Assisting with reporting and spreadsheet management using Microsoft Excel.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties as needed.
- Ensure accurate proofreading and document management.
- Support team coordination and organizational activities.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with office administration and clerical tasks.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for customer support and front desk interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Previous experience in administrative role will be preferred.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping is an asset.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
