Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Detailer. In this role, you will be responsible for rectifying tagged deficiencies in new and potentially occupied homes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Duties
- drywall repair and paint
- Window Mullion scratch repair
- proper silicone and caulking application
- Floor and cabinet dent and scratch repair
- Stainless steel scratch repair
- Bathtub dent and scratch repair
- Interact professionally with customers, addressing any questions or special requests with courtesy and care
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience as a detailer/deficiency specialist is required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: $22.00-$30.30 per hour
