Responsibilities
- Perform medical aesthetic treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments are properly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, client follow-up, and general clinic operations as needed.
- Create engaging photo and video content for the clinic's social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels), showcasing treatments, skincare education, promotions, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, publishing, and managing the clinic's social media accounts, including responding to general inquiries and helping maintain a consistent online presence.
- Appear as an on-camera representative and model in the clinic's promotional photos, videos, educational materials, and social media content, where appropriate and with prior consent, to support the clinic's marketing and branding initiatives.
- Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and marketing campaigns as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of ethics and client confidentiality.
- Stay current with industry developments, technologies, and treatment protocols.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Canadian certification or diploma in Medical Aesthetics, Medical Esthetics, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a Canadian medical aesthetics clinic, med spa is preferred.
- Experience performing one or more of the following is considered an asset:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Microneedling
- Chemical Peels
- Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
- Radiofrequency or Body Contouring Treatments
- Facials and Medical-Grade Skincare Treatments
- Experience creating social media content, photography, videography, or digital marketing is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and representing the clinic professionally in marketing materials.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high clinical standards.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
