What You'll Do
- Generate and develop your own customer base through prospecting, networking, social media, referrals, and community engagement
- Leverage dealership-provided leads while actively creating additional sales opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referral sales
- Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Present financing options, vehicle features, and value propositions with confidence
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
- Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, financing programs, and industry trends
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven automotive sales experience (required)
- Valid OMVIC License (required)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to generate your own leads
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
