Station Supervisor(M2 AME)

Reporting directly to the Director of Maintenance (PRM) and the QA Manager, you’ll play a key role in our growing team, supporting our diverse clients with their line maintenance needs. YOUR TASKS:
- Oversee, and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure aircraft are serviceable, meeting operational requirements and adhering to Transport Canada and client airworthiness standards.
- Plan, manage, and supervise the execution of aircraft maintenance tasks.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to handle the assigned workload.
- Document delays, incidents, accidents, and other maintenance-related communications.
- Consult with client Maintenance Operations Control (MOC), System Operations Control, and Operations Managers, regarding incoming maintenance issues and aircraft faults.
- Engage with Flight Operations at departure gates to discuss aircraft serviceability, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance to uphold operational readiness.
- Maintain clear communication with all ramp maintenance personnel.
- Manage base inventory and liaison with main headquarters stores department for material requests and tooling.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of aircraft maintenance activities.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance (PRM)
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Must have a valid Transport Canada AME M2 license and Transport Canada approved endorsements: B777 endorsement mandatory, A350 and A320 is strongly preferred
- Must have a valid RAIC, DA, and AVOP for YHZ or must be able to successfully obtain these clearances
- FAA A&P license strongly preferred
- Previous AME Lead/Supervisor experience required.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Bi2).
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to reliably commute to work location and/or be willing to re-locate
