Otto Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Edmonton. We are looking for highly capable apprentices and journeypersons who take pride in quality worksmanship, excellent customer service, and want to grow with one of the fastest growing HVAC companies in Edmonton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the installation of residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and water heaters.

Role Overview: As an HVAC Installer, you will work independently and as part of a team to complete residential HVAC installations safely, efficiently and professionally. You will represent Otto Heating & Cooling in customers' homes and play an important role in delivering a great customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist with the installation of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and water heaters
- Complete installations safely, efficiently and to a high standard of workmanship
- Work independently and as part of an installation team
- Provide exceptional customer service and help build long-term client relationships
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, the General Manager and Operations Manager
- Collaborate with the GM and Operations Manager to ensure installations are completed on time and efficiently
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Ensure all work meets applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Utilize company software, including ServiceTitan, to record job details, complete documentation and clock in/out
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional job site
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
Qualifications:
- HVAC installation experience required
- Strong apprentices and journeypersons are encouraged to apply
- Experience installing furances, air conditioners, heat pumps and water heaters is preferred
- Valid driver's licence required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Comfortable using mobile software or apps for job documentation
- Commitment to safety and quality work
