What You’ll Do
- Clean office and commercial spaces in the evenings
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize bathrooms, and clean kitchen areas
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company systems
- Work independently while maintaining Neatology’s quality standards
- Communicate with the team regarding schedules and completed work
- Help create clean, welcoming environments for our clients
Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for schedules and checklists
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Clear English communication skills
- Previous cleaning, hospitality, janitorial, or customer service experience is an asset but not required

Schedule
This position is primarily weekday evenings.
Typical weekly schedule:
- Monday: 3.5 hours
- Tuesday: 2 hours
- Wednesday: 6.5 hours
- Thursday: 2 hours
- Friday: 3.5 hours
Approximately 17.5 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours in the day.
Most shifts begin after 4:00 PM and can be scheduled around other employment, school, or daytime commitments.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
