The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Property Management Administrator / Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, tenant management, and backend systems while working directly with ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Tenant Support: Prepare leases, manage paperwork, coordinate rent renewals, handle tenant inquiries, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
Administration & Reporting: Maintain tenant data in Yardi Breeze, perform data entry, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Operations & Coordination: Coordinate maintenance, support renovations and turnovers, liaise with vendors, manage purchase orders and invoices, and order/manage supplies.
Executive Support: Provide direct support to ownership including scheduling and special projects.
Qualifications 2+ years in property management, real estate, or administration. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professional communication, Excel proficiency, and Yardi experience preferred.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,050.09 per year
