Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Product Developer to join our R&D team. This role will focus on researching, designing, and developing innovative filtration solutions that align with our company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creativity to drive projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support research and development projects focused on filtration product design and innovation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend studies to identify opportunities.
- Develop design concepts, prototypes, and models for evaluation and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, production, etc.) to bring concepts to life.
- Document processes, test results, and findings to support decision-making.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Continuously improve design processes and suggest innovative approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Development, or related field (Master’s degree is an asset).
- 2–5 years of experience in R&D, design projects, or product development (experience in filtration equipment is a strong asset).
- Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD & SolidWorks).
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
