KJS Transport is an asset based and industry leading transportation provider headquartered in Brampton, ON minutes away from all major highways. KJS is a family oriented business which officially began operations with a single truck over 20 years ago and has successfully grown it's fleet to over 100 tractors!
How you'll help:
- Monitor and ensure all units are on schedule for delivery and pickup
- Update all customer portals with required information including in/out times, BOL, and trailer number
- Communicating with customers and responding to their queries (via phone, email or fax) in a professional and timely manner.
- Continually update customers as to the status of each order as required and solve customer-specific freight issues.
- Assist drivers with OTR issues like breakdowns, flat tires, etc.
- Process ACE/ACI & continually follow up with customs brokers for transaction/entry numbers
Qualifications & Skills:
- Positive attitude with good people and communication skills
- Previous dispatch and customer experience is an asset
- Good organization skills and time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to adapt to new software's & programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
