Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Power Washing Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality exterior cleaning services for commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and experience with cleaning and facilities maintenance. Duties
- Operate power washers, hand tools, and other cleaning equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other buildup from building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and surface preparation
- Ensure all cleaning procedures meet safety standards and client specifications
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and work areas after completing each job
- Assist with custodial tasks as needed to support overall property maintenance efforts
- Heavy lifting of equipment or materials may be required during job assignments
Qualifications
- Prior experience with commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and power washing equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling different cleaning scenarios
- Valid driver’s license is beneficial for transporting equipment between sites

Pay: $200.00-$300.00 per day
