Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated RV & Marine Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to both individual and business clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, negotiation, and business development, with the ability to build lasting relationships within the RV and marine industries.
Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the RV and marine markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and personalized service
- Negotiate sales agreements, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
- Collaborate with our team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and product visibility
- Present product features and technical specifications clearly to customers, demonstrating value propositions
- Provide ongoing customer support post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market presence
Experience
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to outdoor recreation or vehicle industries is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills combined with a customer service-oriented approach

Pay: $48,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
