About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of manual or automatic presses and understands how to produce high-quality prints with consistency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses
- Burn, reclaim, and maintain screens
- Mix inks and match Pantone colours accurately
- Print apparel and promotional products with consistent quality
- Inspect finished products for quality (registration, curing, colour accuracy)
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with production schedule when needed (pre-press, packaging, etc.)
Requirements
- 1+ year of screen printing experience (manual or auto press)
- Strong understanding of inks, mesh counts, squeegees, off-contact, curing, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot print issues
- Good time-management and ability to meet production deadlines
- Able to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for long periods
Nice to Have
- Experience with M&R presses
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Experience with embroidery or DTG is a bonus
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time: Monday–Friday
- Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
