MUST HAVE PREVIOUS RETAIL FASHION EXPERIENCE.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS MOST DEFINATELY AN ASSET HOWEVER TRAINING IS PROVIDED!
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base
- Identify client needs through consultative selling and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase offerings effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and status using CRM and other available tools
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
Experience
- Prior experience in sales or customer service with MENS FASION is highly preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a customer first environment
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus
- A positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role
