Duties
- Greet members warmly and assist with their inquiries to ensure a positive experience
- Handle member transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Manage cash management tasks such as balancing registers and processing payments efficiently
- Promote membership programs and upsell additional services or products to enhance member engagement
- Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and account updates
- Support daily operations by maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide information about services, amenities, and upcoming events to members
- Address member concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall member experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably within financial services or similar industries
- Strong cash handling and cashiering skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively while maintaining a friendly approach
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in financial transactions or cash management is a plus but not required
