Job Overview
We are currently hiring Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for full-time and part-time positions in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated nursing professionals committed to providing exceptional resident care in a healthcare setting.
Applicants must hold a valid Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license in Ontario. No exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions and report changes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Promote residents' dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Current Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) – Mandatory
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
