Alon Construction Inc. is looking for experienced framing carpenters to join our growing crew building single-family homes in Cochrane.

$30–$45/hour (based on experience)

- Frame walls, floors, and roofs on residential builds
- Read plans and layouts
- Work with a crew to hit deadlines
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
-What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years framing experience (preferred)
- Able to read plans (asset but not required)
- Own basic tools + PPE
- Reliable, shows up every day
- Driver’s license (preferred)
