Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining excellent customer interactions
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed
- Supervise team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and service stations
- Uphold food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and customer inquiries effectively
- Support restaurant management in daily operations and special events
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
- Supervising experience or team management skills
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with '<PERSON>' interaction focus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
