Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including experience with industrial applications. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in various settings. The Electrician will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed safely and in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair wiring, fixtures, and equipment for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical installations and repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing problems with low voltage systems and other electrical components.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE RED SEAL CERTIFICATION
- Proven experience as an Electrician with a focus on industrial or residential settings preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components including low voltage applications.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics related to electrical installations.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in the electrical trade.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
