Clinical Business Analysts – Multiple Specialties
Location
Remote within Canada. Travel to New Brunswick may be required.
About the Opportunity
Atlantic Canada Recruitment (KiBony Consulting Inc.) is seeking experienced Clinical Business Analysts to support healthcare transformation initiatives focused on clinical standardization, workflow optimization, and implementation of modern Clinical Information Systems.
We are currently recruiting professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Oncology
- Ambulatory Care
- Pharmacy
- Surgery and Perioperative Services
- Prescriber Documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and clinical requirements
- Facilitate workshops with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinical stakeholders
- Conduct workflow assessments and gap analysis
- Develop business analysis documentation including process flows, use cases, user stories, and requirements specifications
- Support clinical standardization initiatives
- Build, validate, and test clinical content within Clinical Information Systems
- Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and healthcare leaders
- Support implementation, adoption, and training activities
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Healthcare, Health Informatics, Business, Information Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of Clinical Business Analysis, Clinical Informatics, or Healthcare IT experience
- Experience with Clinical Information Systems, EHR, or EMR implementations
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement experience
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Experience working within healthcare environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CPOE, Order Sets, and Clinical Documentation
- Experience supporting Oncology, Ambulatory, Pharmacy, Surgery, or Prescriber Documentation workflows
- Experience within public healthcare organizations
- Experience using Jira and Microsoft Office 365
- Bilingual English and French

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
