Duties

- Troubleshoot system malfunctions using schematics and diagnostic tools, identifying root causes efficiently.
- Perform welding, plumbing, and boiler-related tasks as needed to support system integrity.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for precise repairs and installations.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to coordinate repairs and upgrades across various mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Document all work performed accurately in maintenance logs for future reference and compliance audits.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals related to refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Skilled in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and construction work as they relate to refrigeration systems.
