Restoration Estimator / Project Manager

Triple AAA Renovations Inc.® is seeking a motivated and experienced Restoration Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for inspecting fire, water, mold, storm, and other property damage losses, preparing accurate estimates, communicating with customers and insurance representatives, and managing projects from start to completion.
The ideal candidate has experience in restoration, construction, estimating, project management, or insurance claims and is looking for a long-term career opportunity with a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial restoration loss sites.
- Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate or similar estimating software.
- Meet with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
- Create scopes of work for restoration and reconstruction projects.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and profitability.
- Maintain project documentation, photos, and customer communication.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.
- Identify opportunities to secure additional restoration and reconstruction work.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals and referral partners.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in restoration, construction, renovations, estimating, or project management.
- Experience with Xactimate is considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge of fire, water, mold, and storm damage restoration is preferred.
- IICRC certifications are an asset but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 – $100,000+ per year based on experience.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday.
- Occasional after-hours emergency response and site visits may be required.
