Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk & Night Shift Agent to provide exceptional guest services during evening hours. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in hospitality or front desk operations. Multilingual abilities and hotel experience are considered strong assets. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and correspondence during night shifts
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations overnight
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or hazards
- Assist with preparing the breakfast stuff for the coming morning
- Maintain and clean the hotel environment, like the pool, lobby and any other public area, and throw garbage
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management software or reservation systems is a plus
- Experience working night shifts in a hospitality environment is advantageous

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
