Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various items, especially in technology sales
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting
- Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations
- Support store operations through effective time management and organizational skills
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within technology or electronics sectors
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, and basic math skills for transactions
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional language) are a strong plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience with product demos and technical sales is desirable
- Strong communication skills, time management, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
