We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, enhance guest experiences, and promote our product offerings. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and eyebrow threading and lamination with attention to safety and sanitation standards
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, scheduling, and product purchases
- Conduct product demos to educate clients about skincare lines and retail products
- Upsell services and retail items to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Foster a welcoming environment by delivering excellent guest services and hospitality
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and team collaboration
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations
- Proficiency in front desk operations including scheduling and guest management
- Skilled in body waxing, threading and hair styling (nice-to-have)
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services with professionalism and hospitality mindset
- Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits
