We are currently seeking a General Construction Labourer capable of performing a wide range of physically demanding tasks with limited supervision. This role supports site operations through material handling, basic tool use, and general cleanup while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. With a foundational understanding of safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labour tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
- Assist with site preparation, debris removal, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Use basic hand tools safely and effectively, including hammers, drills, wrenches, shovels, and other common tools.
- Support skilled workers as needed by preparing materials, setting up equipment, or following task instructions.
- Follow safety guidelines, report hazards, and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Carry out assigned tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards
Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of construction or labour-intensive work experience.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and techniques.
- General knowledge of job-site safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions with accuracy
