Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on electronic devices.
- Perform repairs following manufacturer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in analyzing and resolving technical issues on Android, iOS, Windows, and MacOS platforms
- Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting and operating systems.
- Familiarity with retail sales environments is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for disassembly and reassembly of devices.

Please note you must be able to work during our regular store hours which are Monday to Friday 9AM-7PM, Saturday 9AM-6PM, and Sunday 11AM-5PM.
