Responsibilities
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or other incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
- Use surveillance equipment to monitor activity.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or background in law enforcement or security preferred.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operation.
- Ability to remain alert and vigilant during long shifts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Physical fitness suitable for patrol duties.
- Prior loss prevention experience is a plus.
