Position: Front Counter Service – Full-Time / Part-Time
As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of Brown Sugar Bake Shop, serving our guests with a smile while ensuring high standards of food service and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Food safety
- Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and food allergies
- Hardworking, reliable, and motivated
- Must be available Monday–Saturday
- Shifts vary between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (schedule will rotate, not set)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and beverages
- Make sandwiches and handle food orders
- Operate the POS system and process transactions
- Maintain café cleanliness and follow food safety & allergy-awareness standards
