Profile: Our client is a Canadian manufacturer of premium products for the treatment of pool and spa water, distributed exclusively through a network of independent retailers specializing in outdoor leisure across the country. Known for its scientific formulations and partnership-driven approach, the company also provides its clients with tools designed to enhance in-store performance, customer loyalty, and profitability. The company is currently seeking a Retail Network Representative for the Greater Montreal region, Gatineau and Abitibi territory. Territory: Greater Montreal region, Gatineau and Abitibi.

Salary: Base of $60,000
Commissions and bonuses: Approximately $4,000 to $8,000 per year.
Car allowance: Monthly allowance of $400 + gas card
Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.

Functions:
- Manage and grow key dealer accounts as a trusted business development partner
- Prospect, onboard, and build relationships with new dealers through a consultative approach
- Provide in-store training and coaching to boost product knowledge and sales performance
- Develop account strategies to increase sales, mix, and long-term loyalty
- Follow up on marketing leads and convert them into active dealer partnerships
- Use data-driven tools to support dealer growth, reactivation, and product optimization
- Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Travel within the territory (~50%) to support dealers and drive growth
Requirements:

Languages: Fluent in English and French (bilingual)
Education: Post-secondary education
Training: On the job training provided
Overnight Travel: 2-3 days per month
Years of experience: Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or distribution environments, or more than 2 years of B2C sales experience in a retail setting specialising in pool and spa products.
Other requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and engage retail teams during training and field visits
- Highly self-directed with strong territory and time management skills
- Comfortable working with data-driven insights and tools to support smarter selling
