At Remuda Building, we provide great careers for hard-working individuals who have a positive attitude, take pride in their work, and care about doing things right.
We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated, and highly organized Project Coordinator to manage residential and multi-family construction material projects from sales handoff through delivery and close-out. The position keeps project information, orders, schedules, approvals, and communication organized so work moves forward accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate has construction industry experience and understands how projects move from drawings and takeoffs into purchasing, production, delivery, and site execution. Experience with wood-frame construction—particularly lumber packages, engineered wood products (EWP), trusses, wall panels, or framing installation—would be highly valuable.
At Remuda, we value being driven, collaborative, and committed to excellence. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of project details, coordinate effectively across departments, and identify missing information or potential issues before they affect the customer or the jobsite.
As a Project Coordinator at Remuda, your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate assigned projects from order handoff through purchasing, design approvals, production, delivery, and close-out.
- Review drawings, takeoffs, quotations, scopes, schedules, and order documentation for completeness and consistency.
- Maintain accurate project, customer, order, revision, approval, and delivery information in company systems.
- Coordinate with customers, project managers, sales, design and estimating, purchasing, production, operations, framing teams, and delivery personnel.
- Track milestones, approvals, material requirements, backorders, revisions, production status, and delivery dates.
- Communicate proactively regarding schedules, outstanding information, changes, risks, and required decisions.
- Identify discrepancies, scope gaps, and scheduling conflicts, and coordinate solutions before they create delays or site issues.
Requirements:
- Construction Experience: Previous experience coordinating construction projects, material packages, trade scopes, or construction-related orders is strongly preferred.
- Wood-Frame Knowledge: Experience with residential or multi-family wood framing is a strong asset, including lumber packages, EWP, trusses, wall panels, framing layouts, drawings, and site sequencing.
- Organization and Accuracy: Able to manage multiple active projects, deadlines, documents, revisions, and follow-ups without losing critical details.
- Communication: Confident working with contractors, builders, project managers, suppliers, and internal teams, including asking direct questions when information is incomplete.
- Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning construction and ERP software. Epicor BisTrack experience is a strong asset.
- Drawing Review and Problem Solving: Able to interpret residential construction drawings, takeoffs, scopes, and schedules; identify risks; and coordinate practical solutions.
If you have construction industry experience, enjoy organizing complex project details, and understand how wood-frame projects come together, we welcome your application. We offer competitive wages, benefits, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to play a key role in growing Remuda’s supply and install capabilities.
