Customer Service Associate (Part-Time)

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our dessert café team.
Position Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat customers
- Serve desserts and drinks to tables
- Process customer payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front area
- Assist team during busy service periods
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and responsible work ethic
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Previous restaurant or café experience is an asset, but not required
Availability:
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Long-term availability is considered an asset
