Duties
- Assist customers in selecting the right paint products, tools, and accessories based on their project needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide advice on application techniques and color choices
- Promote ongoing sales promotions to maximize store revenue
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product demos, and maintaining a friendly attitude throughout interactions
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette for inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Willingness to cross train to assist other departments when needed
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, and retail math to support store operations
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent customer relations
