End Dump Operator – Arrow Oilfield Services
Arrow Oilfield Services is currently seeking experienced and dependable End Dump Operators for ongoing projects throughout Alberta.

- VALID CLASS 1 DRIVER'S LICENCE
- VALID H2S ALIVE
- VALID STANDARD FIRST AID / CPR
- VALID CSO (COMMON SAFETY ORIENTATION)
- CURRENT 5-YEAR COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S ABSTRACT
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF VERIFIABLE END DUMP EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 2 years of verifiable end dump trailer operating experience.
- Current 5-Year Commercial Driver's Abstract.
- Ability to pass all site-specific requirements and orientations.
- Ability to pass pre-access and client-required Drug & Alcohol Testing.
- Must provide references that can verify end dump experience.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from designated work locations.
- Strong safety record and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate end dump trailers in oilfield, mining, construction, and industrial environments.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
- Follow all company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and site personnel.
- Perform all duties safely, professionally, and efficiently.
- Report equipment deficiencies and maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned equipment.
Schedule & Expectations
- Must be available for both day shift and night shift rotations.
- Must be capable of working 84-hour work weeks as required by project demands.
- Must be willing and able to work their entire scheduled rotation.
- Applicants who cannot commit to completing their full rotation need not apply.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to project schedules are mandatory.
- Must be willing to work in remote locations and varying weather conditions.
- Must arrive fit for duty and ready to work each day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oilfield, mining, or heavy construction experience.
- Experience hauling aggregate, gravel, sand, clay, overburden, ore, or other bulk materials.
- Experience operating truck and pup combinations is considered an asset.
