Our growing team is looking for a Receptionist/Renewal Associate to join our team in Bancroft, Ontario!

Duties:
Receptionist:
· Greeting and assisting walk in clients;
· Directing incoming calls;
· Using the customer database to identify the appropriate next steps to best assist the client’s needs;
· Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail;
· Preparing and sending material via courier;
· Receiving payments and applying them to the customer database;
· Recording information in the financial reporting system;
· Function as part of a team responsible for customer service, assisting in the collection of accounts receivable and in any other area as required;
· Maintain inventory levels and ordering stationary supplies.
Renewal Associate:
· Reviewing daily download reports to identify which policies require quoting
· Communicating with individual Account Managers with options available
· Confirming technology platforms have communicated the renewal and the required recommendations to the client properly
· Managing the renewal list for assigned Account Managers
· Detailed documentation of customer files
· Communicating with clients regarding questions and potential recommendations for coverage changes as part of the renewal process, including the completion of updated ITV assessments for property renewals
· Communicatingwith clients to obtain clarification or additional information requested by carriers, such as updated driver details, vehicle information, or home data, to facilitate the completion of renewal terms
· Provide backup to other departments and support regional initiatives, including Reception, as required
· Adhere to all system procedures and insurance company regulations
· Other duties and special projects, as required
Qualifications:
· Must have exceptional customer service skills.
· Must be customer service oriented and have a working knowledge of the risk and insurance products involved.
· Acts in a professional manner at all times and maintains a position of trust and confidentiality.
· Acts in an open, respectful, honest and helpful manner with all team members, clients and other staff.
· A valid RIBO or OTL license is considered an asset or must to obtain.
