Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong clerical, customer service, and computer skills to contribute to a professional office environment. This position is essential in maintaining smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to staff and clients.
Timing
Monday - Wednesday : 9am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Handle administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support office organization through file management, supply ordering, and general clerical duties
Experience
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry efficiently and accurately
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and document management
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
This role provides an integral support function within our organization, ensuring efficient daily operations while fostering a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
