We’re currently hiring Full-Time Cleaning Technicians to join our team!
Pay & Growth
- $17.00/hour (paid training – no experience required)
- $17.50/hour after training
- Opportunities for quick wage increases based on performance
Signing Bonus Available:
Applicants with 1+ year of professional cleaning experience (with a previous company) are eligible for a signing bonus.
Leadership roles available for experienced candidates (higher starting wage).
Schedule & Hours
- Full-time with guaranteed 30+ hours/week
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends required
- Optional weekends available at premium pay
- Fridays only required in-office – no daily office check-ins

✅ Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Clear criminal record check
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, kneeling)
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed residential cleaning to company standards
- Work efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies
- Communicate with clients, team members, and office staff
- Complete required paperwork and weekly submissions
