The Vape SuperStore chain is adding staff for our Airdrie locations for full-time roles.
Job Description for Full-Time Sales Associates.
Hours of Work: 40hours/week. Alternating weekends off, with a variety of shift options available during the week.
Hours of Operation: Full days are 10am-9pm shifts & Sundays Noon-9pm
We want an energetic individual who loves the vibe of retail stores. We have a huge variety of responsibilities so you will never be bored!. In this role you will interact with our others stores to discuss products, promotions, marketing trends etc. across the country. This position is so much more than just a retail sales associate for the right individual. We offer above average compensation with bonus plans.
You must have previous retail vape store experience and be able to demonstrate products. You will also have above average written communication skills in the English language.
We carry a large variety of 420 accessories so that knowledge is important.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Greeting and engaging customers while educating them on products and features
- Requires a good understanding of vaping industry with a strong focus on learning and remembering large inventory selections. We have a huge inventory for this role to learn and understand.
- Close sales on products, e-juices and accessories
- Maintain organized displays, stock with inventory, receiving product and periodic inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Responsible for digital marketing campaigns, social media updates, merchandising displays
- Responsible for Opening/Closing procedures for the store if your shift is during those times.
- Stocking and merchandising product including scheduled inventory counts
- Handle & safeguard cash/inventory
- Customer resolution skills
- Keep updated and educated on the reviews/comments/concerns expressed on line about any Brand/Product our location carries in order to address those comments from customers. This action item is to be done during "quieter" periods in the store and is considered to be a key part of this position.
Mandatory Skills Required All Staff:
· Professional attitude towards customer service and a solid 1 year+ experience working in an vape store. This is why we are paying above average wage.
· Mathematical aptitude, strong English written skills and computer skills are mandatory
