Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Senior 360° Recruiter to join our growing team in Montreal. This is a fully remote opportunity for a recruitment professional who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placements.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven recruitment expert with strong experience in 360° recruitment, excellent communication skills in English and French, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across various industries.
- Conduct intake meetings with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through successful placement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment activities, sales efforts, and placement metrics using ATS/CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary expectations, and hiring challenges in Montreal.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a 360° recruitment or staffing agency environment.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while achieving targets.
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
