- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice on styles and products.
- Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, greeting clients, and handling payments.
- Foster a positive environment by building rapport with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with services provided.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide clients with modern options.
