We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations of our hotel. Duties
- Lead and supervise staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and efficient workforce.
- Oversee daily operations and overall customer experience.
- Manage food handling procedures to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor customer service quality to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Implement operational policies related to hospitality, food safety, and staff management.
Requirements
- Proven experience hospitality leadership roles; supervisory experience is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively within a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.

- Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience is advantageous.
