Pour l'ouverture de notre toute première succursale à Montréal (Lachine), nous recherchons une personne polyvalente et motivée pour joindre notre équipe fondatrice.
- Soutien aux entrepreneurs : Aider les clients et professionnels du HVAC dans l'achat de thermopompes et de matériel de rechange.

Logistique : Gérer efficacement la réception et l'expédition des marchandises (Shipping/Receiving).

Gestion d'inventaire : Maintenir l'entrepôt organisé, propre et sécuritaire.

Service client : Offrir un service professionnel et courtois au comptoir et par téléphone.
- Certification : Permis/certificat de conduite de chariot élévateur valide (Essentiel).

Bilinguisme : Excellente capacité à servir les clients en français et en anglais (oral et écrit).

Informatique : Compétences de base en informatique et aisance avec les systèmes de gestion de stocks (un grand atout).

Expérience : Expérience préalable en entrepôt, logistique ou dans le domaine du HVAC (un atout majeur).

Condition physique : Capacité à soulever des charges allant jusqu'à 100 lb (avec aide ou équipement approprié).

- Contractor Support: Assist HVAC professionals and contractors with product selection, parts, and purchases.

Logistics: Oversee and execute daily shipping and receiving operations.

Inventory Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and overflow environment.

Customer Service: Provide high-quality, professional service at the sales counter and over the phone.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift operator license (Must-have).

Bilingualism: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) to assist our diverse clientele.

Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems (highly appreciated).

Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience; knowledge of the HVAC industry is a strong asset.

Physical Ability: Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs (assisted or with appropriate equipment).
