Overview
Phantom Screens Okanagan is seeking an Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of retractable screen doors and components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to a scheduled work day. This role offers a seasonal position that allows you to work all summer and have the winter off to ski/snowmobile and come back in the spring. Our installers work from March to the end of Oct. We would need this role to be filled immediately where you would go out with our installer for training and once you are trained you would be given a company truck to use coming and going from the office. Use of your own vehicle would only be to come to and from work.
Duties
- Must have a current and valid Drivers License with a clean record
- Once determined that you can go on your own you will be given a company vehicle to come and go from the office.
- Operate hand tools, and able to read a measuring tape
- Measure and cut materials accurately using carpentry skills
- Ensure all work complies Phantom Screens quality standards throughout each phase of installation.
- Proven experience in construction and customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing schedule
Pay: $23.75-$24.75 per hour
