We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to join our busy auto repair shop in Vancouver.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Create and manage repair orders/work orders
- Order auto parts from suppliers
- Organize and maintain office documents and records
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers
- Support daily office operations and shop administration
- Coordinate with mechanics and suppliers when needed
- Keep the front office area clean, organized, and welcoming for clients
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and office software knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required
- English speaking required
