Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers/Cleaners to assist with an overnight floor restoration project. No previous experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided on-site, including the use of floor machines and equipment.
Shift Details
- Overnight shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Flexible employment arrangement

Duties
- Assist with floor restoration and preparation work
- Operate floor machines and sanding equipment after training
- Sand edges, corners, and baseboards as needed
- Vacuum dust, debris, and water using wet and dry vacuums
- Clean and prepare floors for the application of new sealer
- Assist with applying floor sealer coats
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions provided by the supervisor
- Assist with moving equipment and materials as required
Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- No experience with floor machines or polishers necessary
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
