Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Support Worker / Teacher to join our Elementary team at Discover Montessori School. This role involves supporting children with diverse needs to ensure an inclusive and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with inclusion support strategies in a classroom setting. You will be a valued member of a School Based Team, collaborating with other inclusion support teachers, classroom leads, parents and the inclusion coordinator.
This position will involve offering side by side support, positive behaviour supports, goal tracking, and following and executing IEP's. Montessori experience is not mandatory but an openness to learning is expected.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
