Job Overview
Noyaa is seeking a dynamic and experienced AGM to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive hospitality knowledge and a passion for service excellence.
As a key member of the management team, the AGM will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high service standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and creating a welcoming and vibrant environment for our guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a fast-paced floor, and a hands-on leadership approach.
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management, team supervision, and familiarity with POS systems are essential. Experience in fast paced hospitality environments such as restaurants, lounges, or hotels will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff including interviewing and training new team members
- Manage cash handling procedures and operate POS systems effectively
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and overall hospitality standards
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Lead by example in maintaining a positive work environment and fostering teamwork
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service supervision
- Strong leadership skills with previous team management experience
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Experience in supervising staff during busy hours, including interviewing potential employees
- Background in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus; barista experience is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in the food industry, including restaurant or kitchen experience, is highly desirable
