Shifts: afternoon shift, Monday to Thursday, 4:15 pm 2:00 am, Friday, 3:15 to 11:00 pm.
Compensation: $28-$30, depending on experience. Shift premium included.
Responsibilities:

Inspect precision machined parts using manual inspection tools, fixtures and indicators.

Inspect finished goods and outside services against specifications.

Complete receiving and final inspections independently.

Review and interpret certified material test reports.

Review and interpret outside processing certificates of conformance.

Segregate non-conforming parts and materials.
-
Review and complete NCRs under direction of Quality Manager.

Review and complete first article inspection reports.

Understand and follow all elements of the quality management system.

Read and interpret drawings and 3D model files.

All other duties as assigned.
Experience:
-
5+ years' experience required.

Certificate of qualification, diploma or training in mechanical inspection an asset.

Must understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

Must have working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001.

Solid computer skills and experience, including word processing, spreadsheet and ERP software.

Previous aerospace experience preferred.

Previous jobbing shop experience preferred.
