MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
HARDCORE Trailers is a growing international manufacturer of utility and semi trailers, with operations across Canada, the United States and Mexico.
We build heavy-duty trailers for hardworking customers across multiple industries, and we’re continuing to expand our brands, dealer network, and digital presence across North America.
We’re looking for a bold, creative content creator who knows how to turn steel, horsepower, and real-world equipment into content people actually want to watch.
We’re looking for a full-time employee to join our internal team as our Marketing & Social Media Manager.
This is a remote/home-based position, with occasional travel required to Mexico for on-site content capture, product photography, video shoots, and brand content production.
This role is approximately:
80% Social Media & Content Creation
20% Marketing Administration & Brand Support
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Editing short-form videos including Reels, Stories, promotional content, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Writing captions and post copy that match our brand voice
- Turning raw footage, photos, and ideas into polished, engaging content
- Planning content calendars, campaign ideas, and promotional initiatives
- Monitoring engagement and interacting with online communities across social platforms
- Staying ahead of social media trends, formats, and platform updates
- Traveling to Mexico as needed to capture original photo and video content at our manufacturing operations
- Creating graphics and visual marketing materials that align with brand standards and campaign objectives, including social media graphics, posters, spec sheets, brochures, booklets, dealer packages, and other branded collateral
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and layout design through Mailchimp
- Assisting with website updates, content changes, and maintaining current marketing information
- Supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives and creative projects across the company’s brands and product lines
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Strong video editing skills with a social-first mindset
- Graphic design experience and strong visual instincts
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to work within Eastern Time (ET) business hours
- Strong understanding of branding, consistency, and audience engagement
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally, including Mexico, when required
- Spanish speaking is considered an asset
